Common Ground is looking for creative and outgoing Content Creators who aren’t afraid to start conversations. This role is focused on creating authentic content that highlights the people, culture, and community around us. Whether you’re conducting street interviews, filming local events, creating social media videos, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll help build a brand that people feel connected to long before we open our doors.
What you’ll do
•,Conduct street interviews and community conversations
• Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Highlight local stories, businesses, creators, and community members
• Attend and cover community events and activations
• Film content aligned with Common Ground’s brand identity
• Pitch and develop original content ideas
• Help grow engagement through authentic storytelling
• Capture behind-the-scenes content documenting the growth of Common Ground
What we’re looking for
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
•,Experience creating content for social media platforms
• Basic video editing and filming skills
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Familiarity with San Antonio and its culture is a plus
