Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassadors will work alongside the Common Ground team to promote merchandise releases, participate in content creation, attend community events, and help spread awareness about the brand. Ambassadors may appear in social media content, marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and promotional materials while helping us build meaningful relationships throughout the community.

• Represent Common Ground in a professional and positive manner. • Participate in photoshoots, video content, and promotional campaigns. • Share Common Ground content and merchandise releases through personal social platforms. • Attend community events, pop-ups, and brand activations when available. • Help generate excitement surrounding new merchandise collections. • Provide feedback on products, campaigns, and community initiatives. • Connect Common Ground with local creatives, organizations, and community members. • Maintain a strong understanding of Common Ground's mission, values, and vision.

• Must be 18 years of age or older. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable appearing in photo and video content. • Active on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated. • Passion for community, culture, creativity, and storytelling. • Ability to represent the brand positively both online and offline. • Based in or near San Antonio, Texas preferred.
