Graphic Designer

Common Ground is a community-focused concept coming to San Antonio, Texas. We’re building more than a coffee shop—we’re creating a place where people can gather, connect, and find common ground. We’re looking for a designer who understands culture, storytelling, and apparel. The ideal candidate can create designs that people genuinely want to wear while helping shape the visual identity of a brand from the ground up.

• Create original apparel and merchandise graphics. • Design t-shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, posters, and other branded products. • Develop creative concepts for future merchandise drops. • Prepare print-ready design files. • Collaborate with leadership on design direction and brand initiatives. • Revise and improve designs based on feedback. • Maintain consistency with Common Ground’s visual identity. • Research trends in apparel, coffee, lifestyle, and community-focused brands.

• Strong graphic design skills and creative thinking. • Portfolio showcasing previous design work. • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software. • Understanding of apparel design and print production is preferred. • Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback. • Strong communication and reliability. • Passion for community, culture, design, and storytelling. • Must own the rights to any original work submitted. • Must be 18 years of age or older.
